Anyone else out there a quiche lover?  

I used to make it with a crust and eggs, but I have to say, I like this version much better.  It has  great flavour, lots of veggies, and no crust .  I prefer the crustless quiche because the crust just isn't worth the calo...


2 onions, chopped
2 bunches of broccoli, chopped
1 veggie bouillon cube
2 1/2 cups of boiling water
1/8 cup water
3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 to 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
