Family Favourite Cream of Broccoli Soup
2 onions, chopped 2 bunches of broccoli, chopped 1 veggie bouillon cube 2 1/2 cups of boiling water 1/8 cup water 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp nutmeg 3/4 to 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp sea salt Cook chopped onions in a large pot in the 1/8 cup of water. Pour the 2 1/2 cups of water over the bouillon cube, stir to dissolve. Once the onions are transparent add the broccoli and the bouillon cube water. Cook/steam til the broccoli is tender. With a handheld blender blenderize until smooth. Add spices and almond milk. Blenderize until creamy. Enjoy!
